Metropolitan Family Service, a social service agency, recently appointed Eva Kripalani as chairwoman of the board of directors, and Steven Wilker as the new vice chairman.

She provides guidance to corporations in areas such as law department management, corporate governance, business transactions, ethics and compliance and business process domains such as contract management. She formerly was executive vice president of Knowledge Learning Corp. (now Knowledge Universe-US). Prior to that, she was a partner at Stoel Rives LLP, where she specialized in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.

 

 

 

Steve WilkerWilker is a partner in Tonkon Torp LLP, where he has practiced since 1992. He counsels clients in complex commercial litigation, intellectual property, media communications, real estate, and finance issues. He represents clients in local, regional and national matters. He has served on Metropolitan Family Service’s board since June 2010 and its executive committee since June 2011.
