MFS stands by the Black community in our commitment to be antiracist.

We are paying attention, challenging our assumptions, and listening in new ways. We understand we are on a journey to help dismantle oppressive power structures in systems and institutions, and as an organization we need to unravel, and work on our own systemic issues.

Our pledge to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion frames how and what we do to promote social justice for all; we humbly acknowledge statements are not enough and that taking action is most important.
