SUN COMMUNITY
SCHOOLS SUN builds
student success and strengthens
communities by expanding
school-based services to include
academic enrichment, recreation, and
health and social services for
students, parents, and neighborhood
residents.

CAFE
CHILDREN AND FAMILY ENRICHMENT
CAFE provides after school literacy
classes and activities to promote student success by engaging
children and their families.

PARENT EDUCATION
MAKE PARENTING A PLEASURE
GUIDING GOOD CHOICES
Parent Education reaches out to parents
and families to promote strong family communication, good parenting
skills, and parent involvement in a child's education.

EXPERIENCE CORPS
Experience Corps provides children
with mentoring, tutoring,
and community and family involvement services provided by
primarily older adult teams.

WAYS TO WORK Ways
to Work
provides qualified working parents with
loans to purchase, repair, or refinance a car for work,
childcare, and school related transportation.
HEALTH EDUCATION Health Education offers health education
and resources to individuals and families to promote lifelong
healthy eating and exercise habits to build healthy lives.


PROJECT LINKAGE

Project Linkage helps older adults
remain independent in their own
homes by linking them with
volunteers who provide in-home
support and transportation.


RSVP
Retired and Senior Volunteer Program
Connects individuals age 55 and
older with
volunteer opportunities where they use
their life experience and skills to make
positive contributions in the community.
