Program Coordinator – Gresham High School – Full Time
MFS seeks an experienced Program Coordinator for our school communities program at Gresham High School. The position is 40 hours/week. Requires experience in program development, supervision and program administration/budgeting. Prefer experience in child development and/or background in school based service delivery. Experience with high school student programs is a plus. Minimum of a BA or BS in human service related field such as education, recreation or social work. MSW preferred. Excellent communication, organizational & supervisory skills required. Bi-lingual, bi-literate in Spanish is beneficial. Job #PC0702.

Program Associate – Gresham Café Literacy Program – Part Time
MFS is seeking an experienced Program Associate for the MFS Cafe Literacy program in Gresham. Program Associate is responsible for day to day operations and oversight of the program. Successful candidate will have BA or BS in education, public service or human services related field; or equivalent related experience. Experience in program supervision and administration is required. Requires excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills. Job# CPA0701.

Metropolitan Family Service Benefits
Metropolitan Family Service provides eligible employees with a comprehensive benefit package. Eligible employees are those who work at least 20 hours per week in a regular position. Eligibility for the benefits package is the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. Employees who work less than 32 hours per week receive a pro-rated benefit package.
