Program Coordinator
– Full Time – School Communities program
Metropolitan Family Service seeks an experienced
Program Coordinator for our school communities program at Clackamas
Elementary School. Requires minimum of two years experience in program
development, supervision and program administration/budgeting. Prefer
experience in child development and/or background in school based
service delivery. Experience with elementary school student academic
and/or recreational programs is strongly preferred . Minimum of a BA or
BS in human service related field such as education, recreation or
social work. MSW preferred. Excellent communication and organizational
skills required. Experience recruiting, hiring and supervising paid and
volunteer staff is essential. Bi-lingual, bi-literate in Spanish is

Program Associate – Part-Time - Gresham CAFÉ Literacy Program –
Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
Metropolitan Family Service is seeking an experienced Program Associate
for the MFS Cafe Literacy program in Gresham. Program Associate is
responsible for day to day operations and oversight of the program.
Successful candidate will have BA or BS in education, public service or
human services related field; or equivalent related experience.
Experience in program supervision and administration is required.
Requires excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills.

Metropolitan Family Service provides eligible employees with a
comprehensive benefit package. Eligible employees are those who work at
least 20 hours per week in a regular position. Eligibility for the benefits
package is the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
