Lead Program Coordinator –
Face to Face Program – Full Time
We are seeking a Lead Program Coordinator to implement and manage our new
Face to Face program in Gresham. This program will provide direct mentoring
services by older adults to high needs students in 4 elementary schools in
the Gresham-Barlow School District. The Lead Coordinator will oversee
program and grant management, including recruitment, supervision and
training for mentors. Position will be located in our Gresham office. Job #

Program Associate – Face to Face Program – Full Time
Under direct supervision of the Lead Program
Coordinator, the Face to Face Program Associate is responsible for support
of the implementation of the Face to Face grant activities. Primary
functions include support of recruitment, training, placement and
supervision of older adult mentors. Position will be located in our Gresham

Metropolitan Family Service provides eligible employees with a
comprehensive benefit package. Eligible employees are those who work at
least 20 hours per week in a regular position. Eligibility for the benefits
package is the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
Employees who work less than 32 hours per week receive a pro-rated benefit
