Family support programs helps parents develop positive parenting skills, improve family communication and learn ways to achieve greater financial stability for their families.

Community school programs
promote physical activity and academic achievement at our 24 school-based sites located in high poverty neighborhoods.

Mentoring and after school enrichment programs
reduce the achievement gap, help children succeed, and connect generations.

Project Linkage helps older adults remain independent in their own homes by linking them with volunteers who provide transportation, minor home repairs and other assistance.

Volunteer opportunities
reduce older adult isolation by keeping older adults actively engaged in meaningful work in their community. And so much more

Metropolitan Family Service programs help people facing economic and cultural barriers such as health-related issues, poverty, inadequate education and isolation. Last year our programs helped more than 33,000 children, families and older adults.
